"The Era of the Peace Dividend Is Over"

Weird rhetoric coming out of Britain recently.

The latest update from the Ministry Defense twitter account is an odd video that has a very different tone. A shift from Defense to Offense. In fact, those are the exact words used in the video:

"The era of the peace dividend is over. And now, just like our enemies, we must plan and invest for an era of confrontation."

This is disturbing rhetoric for a country with such a weak military (relatively speaking).

Slipped into the video is "supporting Ukraine to the very end."

This video represents a clear shift in tone that likely mirrors the stance and views of the US in a frightening way.

When the rhetoric ramps up like this - its often a signal worth paying attention to.
